Native apps and business systems.

Built by two senior engineers in Los Angeles. A working demo on your real workflow in week one, live in about four weeks. You own the code.

The studio

Impervum is a two-founder product studio in Los Angeles. We build native apps and the systems businesses run on. AI handles the busywork; we write, review and stand behind every line. You see a working demo in week one, and it still works in year two.

Business systems

Systems that run the business.

POS, back offices, scheduling and AI that takes care of calls and paperwork, with a person approving what matters. Not a website: the thing your company runs on.

Kamui · orders a month

20,000+

POS, every marketplace, drivers, payroll. One system, six stores.

What it replaced

  • —A separate POS in every store
  • —Logging into each marketplace by hand
  • —Dispatching drivers by text
  • —Payroll in spreadsheets
  • —Missed calls after hours

Construction CRM · owner’s evening

Beforeuntil midnight
Afterone hour

Estimates, crews and purchasing across 5–10 job sites. The system drafts, the owner approves.

Accounting office · every request

  1. Inbox
  2. Sorted
  3. Priced
  4. P&L draft
  5. Staff approve

Handed over to the firm’s own engineer, who runs and maintains it now.

Every system ships with

  • Roles and permissions
  • Real payments
  • Error tracking
  • One-click rollback
  • Code in your repo

Our own games

Worlds worth coming back to.

Our own games, built by the same hands as your product. Two worlds. They could not be more different.

The World of Anfi · Magic Battle

The World of Anfi

Draw a sign with your finger, and every stroke becomes a spell. A mother and her daughter live in different countries, so every evening they meet in one arena of night lanterns and magic.

The daughter is our spell designer: every spell is hers.

  • Duel 1v1 or 2v2 with a 4-digit code
  • Seven witches
  • A 15-spell deck
  • Phone or laptop

Draw a sign with your mouse or finger to cast. WASD or the left thumb to move.

  1. A normal kitchen. One cockroach.
  2. You have a slipper.
  3. It ran behind the fridge.
  4. Behind the fridge is a civilisation.
  5. They steal your things.
  6. They put on gas masks.
  7. One of them is the size of a cat. Gold tooth.
  8. It ends with an orbital laser.

“Hey. What are you slapping around here?”

How it works

Not screenshots. The whole workflow.

Three systems we built, step by step. Names and numbers on screen are sample data; the workflow is real. Some clients asked us not to publish their names.

Operating system for a delivery retail chain · Live

Kamui

From the moment an order lands to the line in the P&L, without a person copying anything by hand.

20,000+ orders a monthPOS · marketplaces · drivers · payroll · calls

  1. 01 · Order

    Orders land from everywhere.

Marketplaces, the website and the app all drop into one queue, with a chime for each. Nobody logs into five dashboards.

  2. 02 · Messages

    AI writes to the customer.

Confirmation, ETA, substitutions, “where is my order”: answered in seconds, in the store’s voice.

  3. 03 · Calls

    AI picks up the phone.

Calls are answered live, day and night. The transcript and the outcome land on the order.

  4. 04 · Driver

A driver takes it and drives.

The nearest free driver gets the job with the route in his app: accept, pick up, go. The store and the customer see him move.

  5. 05 · Delivered

    Delivered, and everyone knows.

The customer gets a text, the order closes itself, and the driver is free for the next one.

  6. 06 · Back office

And the store keeps its own books.

Every order updates sales, stock, purchasing, payroll and the P&L. The owner reads one screen.

A proactive AI for a founder · Delivered

Natasha AI

Most AI fails because nobody fills its database. Natasha fills it herself, by calling you.

Calls you every eveningRing and family health signalsHeir mode

  1. 01 · The call

    Every evening, she calls you.

Not an app you have to open. Natasha rings at the end of the day, like a friend checking in.

  2. 02 · The talk

A friendly talk fills the database.

She asks what happened, who should do what, what’s worrying you. The knowledge base fills itself, so the AI actually knows your business.

  3. 03 · Watching

    She notices what you don’t.

Connected to the ring and to the family: a stress spike gets a nudge, a parent’s rising pressure gets a reminder to take the pills.

  4. 04 · Heir mode

    She learns how you decide.

Conversations and psychological tests map how you act and what you value in business and in life, not just what you say.

  5. 05 · Succession

When you step back, your judgment stays.

Your heir can ask what you would do, and get an answer grounded in how you actually decided, so the business isn’t pulled apart.

An AI director for music videos · In-house beta

Musa

People fail at AI music videos because they generate shots. Musa automates how a real music video gets made.

A full music video for about $63Frames from a real project

  1. 01 · Listen

It listens to the song first.

A rhythm map of the track: tempo, bars, hooks, breaks. Every later cut is placed on this grid.

  2. 02 · Concept

    Three treatments to choose from.

Each idea comes with its own mood board, so you pick a film, not a prompt.

  3. 03 · World

    Then it builds the world.

Locations, casting, wardrobe, light, camera and lens, kept consistent from shot to shot. Built with working directors, cinematographers and music producers.

  4. 04 · Animatic

You see the video before the shoot.

A storyboard cut to your song, with timecodes and transitions. Nothing is generated until you approve it.

  5. 05 · Shoot

    Fifteen seconds at a time.

Generate the first fifteen seconds, change what you don’t like, then the next. You never pay for four minutes of the wrong video.

  6. 06 · Sing

And it can put you in it.

Sing to camera: your face, your lips in sync with the track, cut on the beat and checked for quality.

How it works

From call to launch in four weeks.

Day 1

A 20-minute call

You tell us what's slow or missing. We tell you honestly whether software fixes it.

Day 2–3

Scope and fixed quote

A written scope and a fixed price before any work starts.

Week 1

A working demo

Running on your real workflow. Not slides, not a mockup.

Weeks 2–4

Launch

Production build, App Store, payments, your domain. The code lives in your repository from day one.

After

We keep it alive

Monitoring, fixes and new features, by the people who built it.

Built to last

Fast, and still solid a year later.

Quick builds often pass the demo and break in production. Every product we ship meets this list first.

  • Real authentication, not a stub
  • Real payments, tested end to end
  • Permissions checked for every role
  • Automated tests on what matters
  • One-click rollback
  • Loads in about a second on a phone
  • Code and accounts in your name

How we work

People in charge. AI does the busywork.

Who writes the code?
We do. AI tools draft code and tests; one of the two founders reviews every change before it ships.
Who owns it?
You. The code lives in your repository and every account is in your name from day one.
What if you disappear?
Everything is already yours, so any engineer can pick it up. One client runs their system with their own engineer today.
What does week one prove?
A demo running on your real workflow, not slides. You decide on the full build with something working in your hands.

Pricing

You’ll know the price before we start.

Week one
